Product description:

can repair,fill and recover the abrasive size of shaft and bearing seat,can solve the phenomenon of the bearing running inner

How to use:
1.Surface treatment: Do the degreasing processing on the pending-repair part,the surface should be clean and dry.

2.Preparation:Make the A and B two components mix uniformly according to the mass ratio A:B=2:1 or
volume ratio A:B=2:1,then use it up within 40 min.

3.Coating;make the mixed-up material be coating on the pending-repair part,direct-assembly,Use undamaged mating parts
to mark with the center to ensure the coaxiality,should pay attention to controlling the spreading adhesive quantity,
the smearing adhesive quantity should not be too much,in order to avoiding getting into the bearing gaps,
the overflowing material should be wiped off by duster cloth before not curing,in order to preventing difficult for disassembly
from too large bonding force,can precoat some lubricating grease on the surface of bearing inner ring or outer ring along
the axial direction,then do the smearing adhesive operation.

4.Curing:it can be put into using after curing for 24 hours at the temperature of 25 degree,if the temperature is low and
curing speed is low or starting up in a hurry,can bake it up to the temperature of 80-100 degree for 2 hours with hot blast
or acetylene flame before putting it into use.

Two-component,250g/set,16 sets/carton.

Transportation storage:
Sealed storage in the cool and dry place.The warranty period is 12 months.Avoid placing it upside down,
knocking against and transporting it as a non-dangerous product during transportation.
